Student Self Service

Student Self Service will allow you to maintain your personal details, view your academic record and enrol into Sunshine Coast TAFE courses.

To enrol online you can simply go straight to the TAFE Queensland Student Self Service Website.

If this is your first time using Student Self Service, then our information fact sheets will give you all the information you need to make the process easy.

Did you know... you can enrol online even if you are applying for a Payment Plan?

All you need to do is follow these easy steps

  1. Enrol online and select the 'Pay in Person' payment option.
  2. Come into one of our Customer contact centres located at Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Nambour or Noosa campus to apply in person.

Please be aware your enrolment will not be confirmed until your payment plan is approved and the minimum deposit has been paid. If your application is declined or if you fail to apply in person your enrolment will be withdrawn.

Please note: You will have 24 hours after your online enrolment to Pay in Person. Please consider our opening hours if you are enrolling on a Friday.

Opening hours for Customer Service Centres

Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (excluding first Friday of every month when the offices will be closed at 3 pm)

From this site you can:

  • Enrol into a Sunshine Coast Institute of TAFE program (this facility may not be available for all programs)
  • View your academic records
  • Maintain your personal details
  • Make a payment to your student account

Note: You must ensure that you allow popups and java script on your Internet Browser when accessing Student Self Service.

Some student groups may need to enrol in person or with our Customer Contact Centre. These groups are:

  • Sponsored students - students whose fees are being paid by a third party (eg. an employer)
  • Apprentices and Trainees
  • English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS)
  • Literacy and Numeracy students
  • CentrePay students.

If you fall into any of these categories, contact our Customer Contact Centre on 5457 1000 or visit any campus for information.

To be eligible to access Government funded training you must have a Queensland residential address. Advertised fee structures apply to QLD residents only. If a resident resides outside of QLD Commercial/Fee for Service Fees will apply.
